Dear Customer,

Please allow up to 2 business days to process your order once your payment is received and cleared. This includes orders placed with the “next day” shipping option. Once your tracking number is available you will be immediately notified by email. Consider your package to arrive around 1 week or more depending on your location. Please note during high-volume sale periods or new releases there may be minor delays.

Lost Or Stolen Packages:

If your tracking information says that your order has been delivered but you’re unable to locate it a lost package claim can be opened with UPS at the link below. This is required for your order to possibly be refunded or replaced depending on the outcome of the UPS investigation. It is also possible that UPS may be able to locate the lost package.

Achilles is not responsible if a package is not deliverable or delivered to the wrong address due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect shipping information. Please take great care to enter the correct shipping details when at checkout.  We will attempt to do anything within our power to assist in every situation - we are here to help you. However please understand that if the package has already been shipped we are often unable to alter the destination address at this stage. If you realize you have made an error, e-mail us as soon as possible explaining the error and providing the correct information within 24 hours.
